How does Fly or Fall work?
Each student picks a flyer character and climbs a pixel-art mountain. A correct answer gains altitude and an incorrect answer costs it, with the AI grading open responses as they arrive. Only students who reach the peak win the round.
Why does Fly or Fall engage students?
Visible altitude, real stakes and a live scoreboard tap into intrinsic motivation without singling anyone out. Students who lose height can climb back on the next question, so the mode keeps pressure and pace high while staying safe for struggling learners.
